Suggested Sequences of Courses to be Taken
- Commercial Law Sequence: Secured Transactions (3), Modern Payment Systems (3) and Bankruptcy (3).
- Labor Law Area Courses: Labor Law is not a prerequisite to Employment Discrimination. It is recommended that Labor Law be taken prior to Employment Discrimination.
- Tax Area Courses: Basic Federal Income Taxation is a prerequisite to Business Planning, Corporate Taxation, Partnership Taxation, International Taxation, Estate Planning and Taxation.
