Stephanie S. Bell, ’09, and Marc H. Ellinger, ’92, announce the formation of a new law firm, Ellinger and Associates, LLC, which represents businesses, organizations and individuals in a wide array of corporate, state and local government matters.

Together, Ellinger and Bell bring decades of knowledge and experience to serve their clients. Both attorneys have achieved a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and were recently named as Missouri Political Pros You Should Know.

“We intend to build a leading law firm focusing on government solutions and civil litigation,” said Ellinger. Bell agreed, saying, “As our practice grew and expanded, we decided that together we had an opportunity to build something unique.”

Bell represents individuals, businesses, associations, committees and political subdivisions in a wide array of state and local government matters. Her practice focuses on election, regulatory, utility, tax and other governmental disputes. She previously worked at Blitz, Bardgett, & Deutsch for almost a decade, achieving a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. In addition to her JD, she earned a master of public administration in public policy at the MU Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs.
