Amanda Yoder, ’11, was promoted to partner by Lathrop Gage LLP. Yoder works in the Kansas City office and assists clients in the formation and structuring of business entities and relationships, with a particular emphasis on the financial services industry. Yoder counsels clients on complex financing transactions, including revolving credit facilities and complicated and unique financial structures. She also advises on related acquisition financing issues. Yoder counsels lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending, refinance matters, regulatory and compliance issues, environmental issues, loan workouts and restructures. In addition, Yoder represents buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating and completing mergers and acquisitions, and has assisted with due diligence investigations, the purchase and sale of both stock and assets in regulated and unregulated industries, closings and post-closing obligations and rights. She also serves as outside general counsel for several clients. Yoder was named a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” 2017-2018.
