Sign Up for the Mediation Competition

What better way to ring in the New Year than by polishing up your skills and showcasing your talent by competing in the annual BOA Mediation Competition in January! The Board of Advocates will be hosting one information session for the Mediation Competition Wednesday January 20th at 1 p.m. in Room 6. If this is your first time competing in the competition, it is mandatory that at least one team member attend the information session. The competition will be held on January 25th through the 28th with the semi-finals night being the 27th and the finals being held on the 28th. The top two teams will be offered a chance to compete in the regional completion scheduled to take place on March 5-6th and held in St. Louis at Washington University. Teams will be made up of two students: one playing the role of the attorney and one playing the role of the client. Teams will alternate between these two positions during the first two nights of the competition. If you are looking to test your mettle and have a team put together please sign up via the link below.
