Upcoming Opportunity: 2015 Polsinelli Fall Moot Court Competition On behalf of the Mizzou Law Board of Advocates, we invite you to serve as a judge in the 2015 Polsinelli Fall Moot Court Competition. The competition will take place Monday, August 24th through Wednesday, August 26th, and you may choose to join us for one, two, or all three evenings. Judges will be awarded 4.2 hours of general CLE credit per night. On each night of the competition, judges should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m. to enjoy a complimentary dinner and brief judges’ meeting, followed by the competition from 7 p.m. to 10...

On behalf of the Mizzou Law Board of Advocates, we invite you to judge the 2015 1L Moot Court Competition.  We need your help from Monday April 6th through Thursday April 9th.  Open to all law students, the Mock Trial Competition provides students an opportunity to implement classroom theory through simulating the trial process. Teams of four develop a litigation strategy based on a given problem and then present their case before a panel of lawyers and judges. Mizzou Arbitration Success at Nationals

The Mizzou Law Arbitration teams had an extraordinary showing at the ABA National Arbitration Competition. Both Mizzou teams advanced to the championship round. This was the fifth consecutive year that teams from Mizzou Law have competed in the ABA Arbitration National Championship and the first time teams from Mizzou Law have finished in first and second place in a national tournament.
