Mizzou Law BOA is pleased to announce that tryouts for its 2018-19 competitive teams will begin next week. A signup sheet has been placed outside of the BOA office in Hulston Hall. Times are available on both Monday & Wednesday (Aug. 27 & 29). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before you are scheduled and be prepared to go 30 minutes before you are scheduled. For the tryout, you will need to memorize and recite a short opening statement and conduct a short cross examination based on facts contained in the email sent out by Competitive Teams Director David Rogers. Any students who are interested are encouraged to try out. Being part of a competitive team can be one of the most rewarding parts of law school, as you gain valuable experience, work closely with excellent mentors and professors, and have high visibility to potential future employers. Mizzou Law competitive trial teams also have a demonstrated record of success that we anticipate will continue this year. We look forward to seeing you at tryouts.
