Mock Trial

Open to all law students, the Mock Trial Competition simulates the steps involved in the trial process. Teams of two or three students develop a litigation strategy based on a given problem over the winter break and then have an opportunity to present their case before a panel of judges. The competition is a great opportunity to develop courtroom skills including witness preparation, direct examination and cross examination skills.
