Mizzou Law Career Expo

Mizzou Law Career Expo

Thursday, February 28, 2019
Reynolds Alumni Center
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

The University of Missouri School of Law will host its annual Career Expo on Thursday, February 28, 2019, in the Reynolds Alumni Center on the MU Campus. The Expo is open to all current Mizzou Law students and will consist of table-talk networking with representatives from a variety of employment areas, including government, small firms, corporations and accounting firms.

Students will have an opportunity to speak with representatives from a variety of legal employers to engage in informational interviews and to learn more about their organization. Many of these employers will be collecting resumes and may have positions available for either the summer or full-time after graduation.

If you are interested in attending the Expo as a student, please register on SAGE. Advance registration will ensure that you have a pre-printed nametag. You are still encouraged to attend the Expo even if you do not register in advance.

Students should dress professionally for the Expo and bring resumes and business cards to hand out during the table talk networking. This is your chance to talk directly with employers from various settings and learn more about all of the different possibilities that exist for our law students.

For Employers

If you are interested in attending the Expo as an employer, you can register online. Registration is limited, so please be sure and register soon to ensure you can attend. This free event includes a light lunch for our employers as well as a complimentary 1-hour ethics CLE to be held in Hulston Hall beginning at 2:30 p.m. As a service to our employers we will also provide an online job board where you can post job openings and internship opportunities, the option to collect resumes from students interested in employment with your organization in advance of the Career Expo, and private rooms to conduct interviews during the Expo. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Riedy Clark at riedyj@missouri.edu.
