CALL FOR PAPERS THE JOURNAL OF PEACEBUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT, AMERICAN UNIVERSITY
DEADLINE: NOV. 15 The Journal of Peacebuilding and Development is calling for papers for its first issue. The Journal is a new tri-annual journal providing a forum for the sharing of critical thinking and constructive action on issues at the intersections of conflict, development, and peace. Abstract deadline: Nov. 15. Late submissions may be considered given the need or for the fourth issue. For details, see the binder in 206 Hulston. JOB/FELLOWSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS

BRIDGE CONSULTANT
UNITED KINGDOM BRIDGE, a gender and development information unit based at the Institute of Development Studies (UK), is looking for a consultant to write an overview report on gender and conflict. This report will form part of an information packet on the same subject. The consultant is needed as soon as possible for 24 days covering a three-month period.
