PABLO IPINA PARTICIPATES IN TOPS PROGRAM
Pablo Ipina (LL.M. '03) recently attended the Top Level Seminar on Peace and Security, a program organized by the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University (Sweden) and supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. This program aims to exchange insights generated through academic research and those drawn by practitioners from international, regional and governmental organizations as well as from civil society organizations. This year, the program included representatives from Nepal, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, South Africa, Bosnia, Indonesia, China, Sri Lanka, Sweden, and Guatemala.
