Bob Bailey, CSDR director and assistant dean, received the Loyd E. Roberts Memorial Prize on Sept. 13 at the Law School's Law Day awards ceremony. He was recognized for his significant contribution to improving the administration of justice.

Prof. John Lande was quoted in an article entitled, “Missouri OK's Ethics of Collaborative Law,” by Heather Cole, published in the Sept. 15 issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly. It states, “For Lande, the main issue is screening for whether limited-scope representation is reasonable and making sure clients are fully informed about the agreement.”
