This is the webpage for Professor Freyermuth's Fall Semester 2009 Secured Transactions course. NOTE: Please remember that beginning on Wednesday, November 18, class will begin at 8:20 a.m. and will meet until 9:20 a.m. This will allow us to complete the course material without having to schedule a separate class session during the make-up hour.
