NOTE: I'll have another Q&A session on Tuesday afternoon, April 28, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 4. I'll then have a final Q&A session on Sunday afternoon, May 10, at 4:00 p.m. in Room 4.

NOTE: Here is the cover page for the exam, with the exam instructions and the weighting of the short answer, multiple choice, and essay portions of the exam.

NOTE: Here are short answer questions that I have used on previous exams. A complete answer is possible in no more than 4 to 6 concise sentences (if your answer is longer than that, you're writing too much!).

Here are six essay questions that I have used on previous exams in this course. These questions address issues presented in Chapters 1-7.

On Friday, April 3, I had a Q&A session to discuss the exam, sample question #1, and the model and actual student answers to that question. For those who weren't able to attend the session, here's some notes.

Here's a question/answer memo (April 20) regarding the material on scope of easements and the introductory material on covenants (and privity of estate).

Prior Q&A memos are archived in the Message Archives .
