Law Faculty Resources - Classroom Support

Guest lectures
The law librarians are available to provide instruction in the classroom on legal research sources and techniques. If you are interested in scheduling a research session for your law class, contact Cindy Shearrer or one of our other law librarians.

Placing items on Reserve
Print materials for law courses can be placed on reserve for your class by contacting Tamara Guilford Davis at the Circulation Desk. These items ordinarily circulate for two hours. It is helpful to give the staff 24 hours before announcing that material is on reserve. Materials left on Friday might not be placed on reserve until Sunday.

Online exams bank
The Law Library maintains a permanent file of past law exams for student use. The decision to include past exams in the file is up to the individual law faculty member. To make exams available, please provide a copy to Resa Kerns. View online exams bank.

Research guides and tutorials
Would you like a customized research guide for a class you will be teaching? The law librarians can create research guides and online tutorials for topics that are not already covered by existing research guides.
