Printing
What is my printing quota?
Law students are given a $50 (1000 black & white pages) nonrefundable print quota for the entire school year-August through May. Students enrolled for the summer period receive an additional $7 nonrefundable print quota. Further printing is automatically charged to your student account.

Video Recording Request
How do I make a video recording request?
In order to have adequate time to plan for and fulfill video recording requests for events and classes, the Help Desk needs at least 72 hours advanced notice. Earlier advanced notice whenever possible is greatly appreciated.
The lead-times are necessary for several reasons:
- Securing signed Video Consent Forms from outside participants
- Rescheduling/moving classes to allow for ample setup time
- Equipment setup and testing
- Sound checks
- Arranging workflow before and during the event
- Arranging personnel
- Timely post-event editing and video delivery
- Scheduling multiple requests
Evenings and weekends are generally not available, except for Law Day and Symposium events. Special circumstances for evenings and weekends may be considered on a case by case basis but require at least two weeks advance notice or earlier whenever possible. For timely requests to record events outside of regular business hours, we will do our best to determine if arrangements can be made for us to handle it without compromising services during regular hours. If we are unable to accommodate the request, we will identify what options might be available, and what the cost would be to the host/sponsor, to have the event recorded by Academic Support or another outside service.
