If you register and find out you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund less $30.00 processing fee if you notify Kathy Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 28, 2009. If you cancel between September 29, 2009 and October 12, 2009, half of your registration fees, less $30.00 processing fee, will be refunded. No refund will be issued after October 12, 2009. Approved refunds will be made only after the annual meeting. Instead of cancelling, you may choose to send an alternate. If the alternate is not a MAALL member, she/he must pay the difference in rate.
You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your check payment. This will serve as your receipt for purposes of your expense reimbursement. If your organization requires a more detailed receipt, contact email@example.com.
