Only 3 weeks until Thanksgiving break…. but you aren’t counting right?  Well until we let you go for a week of turkey, family and outlining, we have lots of great events and programs lined up.

If you are interested in working in Chicago or being part of the Midwest Public Interest Career Conference, please attend the Chicago Networking and MPILCC Information Session Monday, November 2nd in Room 3 at 1PM.  You will learn all about the annual trip and what you can do to secure your seat.  If you are unable to attend the info session, please email Jennifer Riedy Clark at riedyj@missouri.edu to set up an appointment.

Wanna be a law clerk?  You should attend Applying to Judicial Clerkships: Nuts & Bolts on Wednesday, November 4th at 1PM in the Courtroom.  Applying for judicial clerkships can be a complicated, confusing and tedious process.  Avoid many common frustrations and create strong applications by learning successful application strategies and tips.  Judicial clerkships are among the most prestigious positions law graduates obtain, so be sure to put your best foot forward in the application process!  Career Component Credit is available so RSVP on Symplicity!
