
Second-year student Yelena Bosovik is the recipient of a $10,000 award from Robert Half Legal and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association that she may use toward her law school tuition. As a Robert Half Legal Scholar and a new member of the association’s Lloyd M. Johnson, Jr. Scholarship Program, Bosovik will also be offered the chance to be mentored by association leaders.
According to a Robert Half Legal news release, Bosovik emigrated from Ukraine and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in finance and economics from Drury University in 2013. While a student at Drury, Bosovik was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper and worked as a legal assistant in Springfield, Mo.
Students who are United States citizens and interested in pursuing a career in corporate law are eligible for the scholarship program.
