The 2015 symposium issue of the School of Law’s Journal of Dispute Resolution was recently reviewed in Judicature: The Scholarly Journal for Judges. The journal issue contained papers from the law school’s Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution’s 2014 symposium focusing on judicial education and the art of judging. Judicature is the leading forum in the United States for sharing ideas, best practices, perspectives and opinions regarding the judiciary and the administration of justice and is circulated to all Article III judges, federal magistrate judges and state supreme court judges as well as to lawyers, scholars and others who are interested in learning about the judiciary.
