University of Missouri
How’s it going? My name is John, and I’m a 2L at Mizzou Law. I graduated from Mizzou in 2013 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I left undergrad with the mind set of never going back to school and I worked as a teller at U.S. Bank for almost 2 years. After those two years I realized that school wasn’t really that bad after all. During that time away from Mizzou I realized that I actually did enjoy what Mizzou had to offer.
Mizzou Law wasn’t my only choice for law school, but when compared to other schools it was an obvious choice. With a small amount of research you can see that the price and schooling you receive will be top notch, but it’s the people that ended the conversation. On my visit it was easy to see that this school was different from what I heard law school was all about. The ambassadors and staff were very friendly and it all felt genuine. I’m confident in saying now that it was indeed genuine because I’m here now and my feelings haven’t changed.
I absolutely wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for people in my life who decided to simply help when I needed it. Often times they weren’t obligated to do anything for me, but they chose to for my sake. Send me an email and I’ll be completely honest with you. I want to help find the best avenue possible for you in this next step of your life. I believe Mizzou is a place that should absolutely be in your consideration and I hope you come for a visit soon so you can see what all the fuss is about.
