These slides were constructed to follow the 6th Edition of Real Estate Transfer, Finance & Development. The page numbers below have been updated to reflect the 7th Edition, but the content of the slides may reflect only the 6th Edition.

The "Conveyancing Slides" below may also be used (with some adjustments) with the material in Chapters 8 and 9 of Nelson, Stoebuck & Whitman, Contemporary Property (3d ed. 2008)

We are in the process of updating the slides to the 7th Edition and converting them to PowerPoint. This is a
gradual process. If you wish to access the new PowerPoint slides that have been created thus far, click here.

Notes on the old slides that can be accessed on this page::
1. The slides cover nearly all material in the book up to page 618. We do not have slides available for the remainder of the book.

2. The Presentation files on this page are in Corel WordPerfect Presentations format. They are not PowerPoint
files. In theory, Corel Presentations 12 will convert them to PowerPoint, but the conversion is usually unsatisfactory
and requires a good deal of editing and "cleanup" to be useable. If you wish to view, edit, or use these Presentation files,
we recommend use of Corel Presentations.

3. The Presentations files cannot be viewed directly with a web browser, but must be saved on your hard drive and viewed
with Corel Presentations. To download the Presentations files to your computer, right-click the link with your mouse and
click "Save Target As." Then select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the file.

4. The thumbnails do not always contain all information in the Presentations slides, since the thumbnails are designed
to be distributed to students prior to class, and it is sometimes desirable to withhold some information until it is discussed in class.
