Arbitrator’s reinstatement order of police officer upheld in Cleveland

Sure to add fuel to a continuing local debate about arbitration of police officers in Cleveland, the 8th District Court of Appeals for the state of Ohio upheld an arbitrator’s decision to reinstate following a police officer’s conviction and termination for attacking her boyfriend off duty.
