This 4-day Domestic Relations Mediation Training offers a foundation in conflict, negotiation and mediation theory as well as matters pertaining to domestic relations. Specific topics include parenting plans, property, income and debt division, family dynamics, and domestic violence. The training will be conducted by Jim Levin and Paul Ladehoff, members of the MU Law School’s nationally recognized Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution and Rachael Kennedy, a Boone County family law attorney and mediator. The training qualifies participants to be court appointed mediators pursuant to Rule 88. Participants will earn 30 MCLE hours including at least 1.2 hours of ethics.
