Strong acts as a National Representative for the United States to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT) project.  Among other things, she drafts case notes for the UNCITRAL Secretariat on recent U.S. judicial decisions involving the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (commonly known as the New York Convention) and the United Nations Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.  Several of her submissions have recently been published by the United Nations at U.N.
