Assistant Dean Emeritus Bob Bailey recently attended the annual meeting of the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA) in Philadelphia titled “Wrestling with Change: The Future of Work and Workplace Dispute Resolution.”

Bailey hosted an informational meeting for members of the ArbitrationInfo.com Committee. He also moderated a panel on the ArbitrationInfo.com website, “Reporting on Arbitration and the Future of Work by Journalists.” The panelists included alumnus Daxton “Chip” Stewart, LLM, ’07.

ArbitrationInfo.com is a website dedicated to providing information to journalists about arbitration and other ADR processes. It is a collaboration between the NAA and Mizzou Law’s Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution. The panel discussed how the working press uses the website and ways to improve the site’s relationship with the press and the public in order to keep up with the pace of change.
