Assistant Dean Emeritus Bob Bailey recently attended the annual meeting of the Uniform Law Commission held in Anchorage, Alaska. Bailey serves on the Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Study Committee. He has previously served on the Uniform Athlete Agents Act Committee, which drafted and passed amendments to the act following NCAA rule changes for basketball.
