The fifth edition of Professor Gary Myers’ intellectual property casebook Intellectual Property: Cases and Materials has now been published by West Academic.  The book is coauthored by Mary LaFrance (UNLV), Lee Ann Lockridge (LSU), and David Lange (Duke emeritus). The new edition includes all significant legislative and judicial developments through March 2018. The book covers central issues with appropriate depth and breadth and contains optional extensions into additional topics; as a result, it gives professors the flexibility to use the book in connection with a variety of IP courses and to choose the areas they wish to emphasize.
