Professor Rigel Oliveri and Associate Dean Paul Litton recently presented at a summer institute for the James Madison Legacy Project, which is a joint effort by The Missouri Bar’s Citizenship Education Program and the Center for Civic Education. Attendees were middle and high school teachers from across Missouri who will be teaching a curriculum about the United States Constitution this academic year.
Associate Dean Litton spoke about the Supreme Court’s substantive due process doctrine and unenumerated Constitutional rights, while Professor Oliveri addressed enumerated constitutional rights and Equal Protection.
