Professor Bowman’s Blog Featured in the New York Times

The New York Times recently featured Professor Frank Bowman’s blog, Impeachable Offenses, in “Writers on the Right and Left on Trump’s Pardon of Joe Arpaio.” The article, part of the series “Partisan Writing Roundup,” is a compilation of political writing, featuring various perspectives, regarding President Donald Trump’s pardon of Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

The Times placed Professor Bowman’s blog among writings from the center.  Finding the discussion of impeachment in the press to be “poorly informed,” Professor Bowman, on Impeachable Offenses, analyzes both sides of the case for impeaching President Trump based on his experience as a lawyer, law professor and scholar of impeachment law. His blog also references and links to the work of other respected scholars and commentators on federal impeachment.
