Professor Peter Davis published his annual updates of five chapters in Waters & Water Rights (LexisNexis, Amy Kelley, ed.). The five chapters are: c. 57 Common Law of Water Pollution (with state-by-state lists of cases by doctrine), c. 59 Drainage, c. 60 Flooding, c. 61 Wetlands Preservation, and Missouri Water Law Summary. Professor Davis has been preparing the original chapters and updates since 1993.
