From July 12-17, Professor David English attended the annual meeting of the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) in Anchorage, Alaska. Professor English is currently the chair of the drafting committee for the Revised Uniform Probate Code and co-reporter for the Model Tribal Probate Code. Both drafting committees made presentations at the meeting. Professor English, who has been a uniform law commissioner since 2000, was also elected a life member of the ULC.
