On September 11, Professor David English spoke on “Changes in Missouri Guardianship Law” at the 5th Annual Arc of Missouri Educational Summit in Columbia.

The program focused on Missouri SB 806, which makes major changes to Missouri’s guardianship and conservatorship laws, for which Professor English was one of the drafters.
