Professor Wilson Freyermuth was a panelist at the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section’s 31st National CLE Conference in Boston on May 9-10. Along with Professor Andrea J. Boyack from Washburn University School of Law and Professor Tanya Marsh, Wake Forest University School of Law, Professor Freyermuth discussed emerging legal issues and recent relevant court decisions. The session’s title was “Professors’ Corner: Hot Real Property Topics.”
