Professor Bob Jerry published an article titled “Managing Hurricane (and Other Natural Disaster) Risk” in the Winter 2019 issue of the Texas A&M Law Review.  In this article, Professor Jerry examines the tradeoffs involved in creating and implementing a national preparedness framework for catastrophe risk management and recovery, using hurricanes as the departure point for his analysis.
