Professor Gary Myers spoke recently at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Mid-Winter Institute: “Maintaining Your Edge: Addressing Issues in the Practice of IP Law.”

Professor Myers was on the panel discussing “Oracle v. Google – Getting More (or Less) Than You Licensed.” His topic was “Impact on the Application of the Fair Use Doctrine and Interoperability in the U.S. and Abroad.”
