Professor Rigel C. Oliveri recently participated in the Real Property Roundtable, an invitation-only workshop at Texas A&M University School of Law.

The workshop’s theme was “Where Do We Go from Here? Fair Housing and Community Development at a Crossroads.” She presented an article she is writing about recent Supreme Court jurisprudence regarding municipal parties in fair housing cases.
