Professor Amy J. Schmitz presented online as part of a special series for the American Bar Association, “ODR in the ERA of COVID-19: Experts Answer Your Questions”. This was a free resource aimed to help dispute resolution providers and courts seeking ideas and best practices for moving online. This was very highly attended, as individuals look for help in the ever-changing environment. Prof. Schmitz is co-chair of the Technology Committee and the ABA ODR Standards Task Force.
