Professor Amy J. Schmitz was an invited expert at a recent meeting of the National Center for State Courts as part of a project with PEW Charitable Trust to advance access to justice.  For her part, Professor Schmitz added insights regarding online dispute resolution (ODR) and how it should be designed to augment the traditional court processes and provide expanded access to remedies and assistance in the courts.

The meeting was held in Austin, Tex, and included only a small handful of researchers and policymakers.
