Professor Amy J. Schmitz was interviewed on NBC affiliate KOMU-TV, and provided research for a story on telemarketers,
“Target 8: Missouri phone users wage unceasing battle with telemarketers.”

Professor Schmitz discussed the problems with telemarketers, and means for protecting yourself as a consumer.  Her research underlying the interview also highlighted new laws to address the growing problems associated with telemarketing.
