Professor Schmitz: ‘How to Complain and Get Results’

Professor Amy J. Schmitz was interviewed, and provided ideas and advice, for a column, “How to Complain and Get Results,” in Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, which is a leading finance magazine that is available in print and online at (Aug. 29, 2019). Professor Schmitz, as a consumer law expert, provided tips and tricks for obtaining assistance for consumer problems.
