Professor Amy J. Schmitz presented via Zoom at the 2018 INADR World Congress on March 6.  Professor Schmitz discussed Improving Access to Justice Through Online Dispute Resolution, and explained how technology is opening new avenues for consumers to obtain remedies.  The conference was at the Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Ill.
