Professor Amy J. Schmitz will present on “ODR & Innovation in the USA,” at the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution Online Dispute Resolution Forum and book launch for ODR Theory and Practice, March 1-2, 2021 (via Zoom). Professor Schmitz will join Prof. Jan Martinez from Stanford to discuss the chapter they wrote for the forthcoming book on ODR. The book is the seminal publication on the subject.
