Professor Schmitz provides commentary in new book about decentralized justice

Prof. Amy J. Schmitz provided an interview and commentary that has been published in a book about how decentralized justice on the blockchain is revolutionizing how we view conflict management. In a chapter, “Towards a Global Online Dispute Resolution Platform: Amy Schmitz and The New Handshake,” Professor Schmitz provides her inspiration and ideas related to creating a global online dispute resolution process for consumer claims. The chapter is an interview by Federico Ast, CEO of  Kleros. The book is Dispute Revolution: the Kleros Handbook of Justice which aims to serve as a catalyst for change aimed at expanding access to justice through innovation.
