Professor Amy J. Schmitz will provide the keynote presentation for the book launch for “Access to Justice in Arbitration: Concept, Context and Practice,” on March 18,  2021 (via Zoom). Professor Schmitz also wrote a preface for the book. In this talk, she will discuss how arbitration can be a tool for expanding access to justice – if designed properly. Professor Schmitz will also note how technology has broadened the possibilities for arbitration.
