Professor Amy J. Schmitz is working with other consumer law professors from across the United States to answer a series of Requests for Information (RFIs) issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington D.C.  For her part, Professor Schmitz is drafting comments related to the popular Complaints Portal, which has provided access to remedies for many Americans since its inception under the Dodd Frank Act.
