Professor Amy J. Schmitz headlined the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) meeting on November 16 in Auckland, New Zealand.
AMINZ is the leading proponent in New Zealand for explaining and advocating dispute resolution. They work with government, business and community groups on policy to examine the likely impact of proposed changes and options for the use of best practice dispute resolution. Professor Schmitz discussed the “Technological Revolution in Dispute Resolution,” and addressed questions on hot topics ranging from ethics in dispute system design to diversity in selecting arbitrators.
