Professor Amy J. Schmitz has been invited to be a panelist at the 2020 Association of American Law School’s annual meeting in Washington, DC. The panel, Commercial Law in the Digital Age, is co-sponsored by the Financial Institutions and Consumer Financial Services and the Commercial and Consumer Law sections. The panel will consider how technology is transforming commercial transactions, and Professor Schmitz will contribute commentary related to the use of smart contracts and blockchain technology in contracting.
