Professor Amy J. Schmitz will join Professor Leah Wing from University of Massachusetts in presenting, “Online Dispute Resolution: Innovations in Access to Justice,” at the 2020 Northeast Conference on Public Administration: At the Heart of Public Service in America, Nov. 6-7, 2020. The event is in Boston, MA, but presentations are online. The discussion will focus on the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) to assist access to justice, as well as issues around ethics in ODR. Professors Schmitz and Wing are also working together on various ethics initiatives around the use of technology in dispute resolution. The registration deadline is November 4; student rate tickets are available.
