
Professor Amy J. Schmitz will present on the topic of Online Arbitration, at the Creighton Law Review Symposium on February 26 (via Zoom). The Creighton University School of Law’s topic is Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Business Setting and will celebrate the 15-year anniversary of the Werner Institute. Professor Schmitz will contribute to the discussion on the latest academic research, practitioner expertise, and legal updates on the use of negotiation, mediation, and arbitration in business and the workplace. Sessions include timely topics such as online mediation and arbitration, mitigating risk through arbitration, and getting the most from negotiations.
