Professor S.I. Strong recently became a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), an organization that has been at the forefront of social change for 260 years.
The RSA’s mission is to create the conditions for the type of enlightened thinking and collaborative action that is needed to address today’s most pressing social challenges. The RSA carries out these goals by acting as a global hub, enabling millions of people to access the most creative ideas, nurturing networks of innovators, and researching, testing and sharing practical interventions. The RSA’s current focus is on supporting innovation in three major areas: creative learning and development; public services and communities; and economy enterprise and manufacturing.
